About the Teacher

I am very excited to begin my fourth year here at St. George School! Prior to getting into the field of education, I worked at Bank of America for 15 years, and 8 of those years I was a Team Leader in the Auto Collections department. Once I was in management, I realized how much I loathed working for a corporation and how much I loved teaching and leading those around me, so I went back to school to pursue my first passion...teaching. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with B.A. in Liberal Studies and minored in English. This year I will be completing my clinical practice and will have my preliminary Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with M.A. in Pedagogy and a supplementary in English.

Aside from teaching, I have a beautiful daughter and son. We love going to the park, baseball games, watching movies, and going to amusement parks. When I am taking a break from being mommy, you can find me on the softball fields. I am also very passionate about reading and writing. I am writing my first novel titled Midnight Run and hope to self publish through Amazon when it is finished.

I am very passionate about teaching, and want nothing but the best for every child. While your child is at ST. George, and in my class, they will be loved and guided to grow academically and spiritually. I know that God has chosen me to teach his beautiful children, and I will do everything to ensure that I am always  putting their best interest first, and doing all that I can to inspire them to become the best version of themselves and to always stay true to God!
