Agenda (roughly): 
4:15pm-4:30pm: Pizza
4:30pm-4:45pm: Announcements
4:45pm-5:30pm: Gametime
5:30pm-5:45pm: Awards Ceremony

Sign In / Announcements:
Upon arrival, we will sign in each student and place them at their designated table. At around 4:30pm, we will go over the Tournament Rules & General Announcements. 

Tournament Gametime:
We will have students play within their own grade. Students will be paired up with each other to play at least one time with their group. 

Parents are not allowed in the Tournament Hall while the tournament is in progress. Parents may come towards the end of the tournament for the ceremony.

Awards Ceremony: 
First we will announce the winners for the Chess Medals and call students up one by one in order of school grade. Then, we will announce the winners for the 2nd place trophies. Finally, we will announce the winners for the 1st place trophies.

Transportation:
Transportation will not be provided. Parents must bring & pick up their students to & from the Chess Tournament.

IMPORTANT:
We will be closing registration Sunday May 21st by 8pm.
