All visitors must notify the office of their pending visit. This will allow us to limit the number of visitors on the school grounds and provide space between appointments. We will be sanitizing the office between visitors.
Before the said appointment, visitors must complete the following screening. The screening will serve as data for who comes onto the campus. The information will not be shared with anyone it is strictly for monitoring and logging purposes only. This screening can be completed on any device Android or Apple as it is web-based.

Also, in preparation for when we open the campus grounds, we are required to check the temperature of every visitor. The temperature reading will be logged and also used as a monitoring system. The temperature must read below 100.4 degrees to enter the school grounds. Masks are still required.
