Chef Rickie Hill, with over 21 years of culinary experience, Chef Hill has honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens across the Country. A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Pasadena, CA. Chef Hill specializes in Global Cuisine and is known for his innovative approach to classic dishes.
Throughout his career, he's worked in a variety of settings, from bustling restaurants to exclusive catering events, and has developed a passion for farm-to-table concepts, sustainable sourcing, and fusion cuisine. Chef Hill is dedicated to crafting memorable dining experiences and believes that great food is not just about taste, but about storytelling through each dish.
Chef Hill is excited to bring his extensive knowledge and creativity to serve our youth of St. George and their families. His goal is to foster a well-balanced menu that will be well-received. Not only visually, but also nutritious and delicious as well. This will be accomplished by scratch cooking and ensuring that we follow strict protocols to ensure food safety by maintaining hot temperature food temps and the same for our cold dishes.
