Exloration in Google Classroom

Exloration

I have attached a copy of the assignment with examples from our discussion today.

For those of you who were absent, you are to read article 5 from Unit 3, week 9. After, I want you to complete the light bulb by adding anything that sparks your interest. You will then select one topic that you want to explore and circle that idea. I forgot to circle global warming on my example. Then on the right side you will draft a question on your selected idea. You will research that question and find one credible source. On the left side, you will write down all the important ideas from your article. From that article, what sparked your curiosity for further research? Write that question under the topic "curious" like I did on my example. This is the first part of this assignment, so it is important that you don't fall behind even if you are absent.

Two-Column notes in Google Classroom

Two-Column notes

Please read articles 1, 3, and 4 from Week 8 in Studies Weekly. Take two-column notes on each article.  Some of you asked if you could just write the "Big Idea" of each article with the supporting details. I am okay with you doing that for this assignment. You should have at least 5 supporting detail notes or more for each article. Remember, you had an hour in class to work on this, so unfinished work must be completed as homework.

If you were absent today, you are required to complete this assignment no later than Wednesday.

Each article is worth 20 points
