Extended Care
St. George School offers a before and after school program entitled Extended Care for students whose parents need their children to arrive before school or remain after school is dismissed for the day. Students enrolled in St. George School may be allowed to participate in the Extended Care Program.
EXTENDED CARE MISSION PHILOSOPHY AND GOAL
The philosophy of the Extended Care Program incorporates that of St. George School and that of the diocese. This includes providing an environment where Catholic values are foremost and the social, as well as personal needs of the children of working parents, are nurtured.
Our focus is to offer a safe environment that meets the moral, social, intellectual, and physical needs of each child. Our goal is to support children’s desire to be lifelong learners.

EXTENDED CARE RATES
The current fees for the Extended Care Program are listed on the TUITION AND FEES SCHEDULE and are available in the school office. There is no registration fee to join the Extended Care Program.
The program may be purchased in two ways:
- Sign-up on a monthly basis and the cost is included with the basic tuition (SEE TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE). This is the economical way to pay for daycare.
- Sign-in on any given day and you will be billed at an hourly rate. This billing will be separate from tuition billing and sent home once each month and must be paid separately. Parents have 10 days to pay their Extended Care fees or a late fee will be assessed to your account. This is the best option for occasional use.
- $2.00 every 15 minutes (per child)
- $8.00 for the hour (per child)
